Join our dedicated Antenatal Assessment Unit Outpatient Services team at South Western Sydney Local Health District and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality healthcare to our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated Administration Officer who thrives in a busy, patient focused environment.

Support the delivery of specialist medical, women’s health, and allied health services, helping patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate care.
Provide professional front-line administrative support, including reception duties and exceptional customer service.
Coordinate appointments and manage patient bookings to ensure the efficient operation of outpatient clinics.
Process and maintain medical records accurately, contributing to safe and effective patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on patient experiences and healthcare outcomes.
