Join Cancer Services and play an important role in supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care across a collaborative healthcare environment.

Provide administrative support to clinicians. other multidiscipline, pathology and diagnostic services in relation the multidisciplinary team discussions for ongoing patient care.
Organise relevant paperwork, documentation and patient scans prior to each MDT meeting, as appropriate.
Work closely with the MDT Clinicians and Cancer Services Executive to ensure ongoing MDT billing are adhered to in a timely manner and provide administrative support for the Cancer Services Billing team.
Maintain accurate meeting records, correspondence and electronic information systems, ensuring a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with organisational requirements.

Are You the Right Fit?
This role is suited to a proactive and adaptable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering accurate, confidential and timely support to Cancer Services.

Previous experience in a busy healthcare administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, including appointment scheduling, secretarial skills to support clinicians in Cancer Services, minute taking and follow up.
Proficiency in maintaining patient record systems, Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, methodical information gathering as well as the ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing systems and processes, and exercise sound judgement while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Please describe your experience providing secretarial / administrative support in a healthcare. Include examples on types of documents generated, meeting and function requirement as a secretariat.
Provide examples of your experience in patient booking systems to facilitate appointments, document preparation (including medical terminology if applicable), and how you prioritise competing tasks.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, working autonomously and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
