The Role
As a Land Administration Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Land and Developer Partnering (L&DP) team. You will deliver administration for land access and developer partnering strategies and support the ABN Group residential building companies.
This role is a 12-month Fixed Term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to maintain and optimise ongoing competitive land advantage and retail partnership opportunities
- Assist with regular reporting against KPIs for developers, individual building companies and ABN Group WA
- Proactive driving of packaging efficiency and sales performance against targets to leverage competitive advantage of developer agreements
- Work closely with L&DP team to coordinate releases and keep information systems up-to-date and aligned
- Set agendas, take minutes and drive actions in Project Control Group and partnership meetings
- Research and collate internal sales data and share insights with Land & Developer Partnering team
- Develop relationships with existing and new developer partners and maintain clear and consistent communication
- Deliver all ABN Group land stock and allocated land stock lists
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly developed computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management
- Ability to compile/communicate reporting and prepare presentations for sharing complex data, insights and trends
- Strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable proactively engaging with new and existing stakeholders at all levels
- Relentless and proactive with a “can-do” approach to tasks and actions
- Experience managing CRM systems (Power BI and Salesforce) is desirable but not essential
- Prior exposure to house and land packaging processes will be advantageous
