Job Description

Assure breaks the mould of traditional call centres. Here, initiative, empathy, and critical thinking are valued just as much as performance. As a Client Services Officer, you’ll be the vital connector between clients and Assure EAP services, managing calls with care and confidence.

What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding customer experiences from the first interaction
Think on your feet to resolve sensitive enquiries with professionalism
Collaborate across teams to provide tailored support
Update client info and use internal systems to assist effectively

The Role

Full-time position
Flexible scheduling available
Ongoing coaching and development provided

What We’re Looking For

Passion for customer service (retail, hospitality or call centre welcome)
Confident multitasker across CRMs and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-friendly
