The Role
Due to a recent promotion and team expansion, a new opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified Commis Chef to join our dedicated and highly skilled in-house pastry team at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Reporting to the Sous Chef, Pastry, this position involves assisting in menu creation, preparation, and service as well as coaching junior staff. This role will suit a creative, passionate, and upbeat career-chef, who thrives in a high volume, quality-driven environment.

Fully qualified having completed a recognised Apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery and relevant post trade experience or demonstrated experience in line with position requirements.
