Our Summer Vacation Program offers you a unique opportunity to fast-track your career with hands-on experience and strong support. As an undergraduate, you will have:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
-
Support phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution close-out, and ongoing maintenance.

Work within a diverse operations team to successfully deliver project scopes.

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks, supporting Project engineers and project managers.
-
Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and quality control processes.

Participate in inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.
What you’ll bring:

Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.

Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Australia in Construction Management or Engineering within the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical, and Electrical & Instrumentation.

Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth.

Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.

As a Monadelphous Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across our two key Operational Divisions: Engineering Construction (EC) and Maintenance & Industrial Services (M&IS).

In the EC Division, you’ll be involved in large-scale projects spanning civil construction, structural steel fabrication, electrical and instrumentation work and renewable energy infrastructure.

In the M&IS Division, you’ll contribute to a wide range of services including the planning, management and execution of mechanical and electrical maintenance services, shutdowns, civil and infrastructure works, fixed plant maintenance services, access solutions, specialist coatings and rail maintenance services.
You will also have the opportunity to explore a broad range of industries and business units, regardless of whether your background is in Engineering or Construction Management.
