About the Role
We are seeking experienced Sonographers to join our Brisbane South team on a fixed-term basis to support our team cover several periods of parental leave in the team.
Work Monday to Friday (as well as Saturdays if desired) during standard daytime clinic hours. We currently have clinics in
Carindale; Mater; Annerley; Cleveland; Victoria Point; and
Meadowbrook with further expansion planned in
Wynnum; Goodna; Kenmore; and
Karalee and are flexible to which clinics you work between.
Our team includes approximately 20 Sonographers, offering strong peer support and shared expertise across all sites. All clinics have onsite Radiologist support available.
Clinical Scope
We are looking for a Sonographer with at least 2 years’ experience. Ideally you will bring a broad skillset.
Obstetrics (including Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification) and
Vascular Imaging will be highly regarded.
If you like training and mentoring, this role can be involved in training postgraduate and undergraduate students, with dedicated appointment time and structured support provided to ensure meaningful teaching opportunities.

Is this role right for you?

- ASAR accreditation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sonographer
- Broad clinical capability
- Obstetrics and vascular imaging (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Willingness to support at least 2 Brisbane South clinic locations as required
