Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Engineering Construction division on the Brigalow Project in Chinchilla, Queensland. This is a fixed-term opportunity on a 2:1 roster. The role is DIDO from Brisbane, with FIFO to Brisbane available for candidates based elsewhere on the East Coast. We are ideally seeking Queensland-based candidates who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their organisational skills, and enjoy supporting busy project teams in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
Act as a key point of contact for a high volume of personnel.
Manage and maintain documentation including timesheets, procurement records and HSE files.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within construction, resources, energy or infrastructure.
Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management teams to ensure a seamless mobilisation process.
Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
