Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Marketing & Digital team as a Marketing Content Design - Coordinator.

We play a key role in developing and delivering strategically important programs and experiences to help customers reduce their water use and drive water efficiency across Western Australia. What you can expect with this role:

You'll plan and create engaging, clear and customer-focused content across digital and offline channels. Beyond writing, you'll think creatively about how information is presented- using visual formats to increase engagement and customer insights to develop content that is effective for different audiences and channels.

You’ll develop content plans that support water-saving campaigns and initiatives, ensuring best-practice content principles are applied across all channels. You’ll also provide expert advice, collaborate with stakeholders and share content plans across teams to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience.

You’ll use Content Management Systems and digital tools to schedule, publish and optimise content across various section of our website that’s based on Sitecore platform.

You’ll leverage user research and analytics to make data driven decisions to structure and optimise content across multiple channels. You’ll apply your SEO and SEM knowledge to optimise content performance and inform content amplification, helping maximise reach, visibility and impact of water efficiency campaigns in line with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder engagement is also a key aspect of the role. You will work with various cross-functional teams and internal matter experts to create customer content that is simple and engaging.

Your skills and experience:

Considerable experience in developing and publishing engaging written and visual content across a variety of print and digital platforms, informed by interpreting analytics and reporting insights.

Experience developing and delivering content plans, while effectively communicating priorities and recommendations to stakeholders to support campaign and business objectives.

A tertiary‑level qualification in digital experience, marketing, communications or a related discipline.

Relevant experience using content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Sitecore. Including previous experience with martech and workflow management tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Salesforce is highly regarded.

Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of how to apply website accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.

Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search performance through content.

Experience using content performance measurement tools, including Siteimprove, Google Analytics and social media management tools such as Sprinklr, is favorable but not essential, as training will be provided.
