Role Description
The Production Coordinator is the production backbone of AU Marketing, seeing through the end-to-end creative process from brief to final execution.
Acting as the central connector, you will manage resourcing across internal disciplines and external partners, and support shoot production across all channels and campaigns.
Across everything you do, you will uphold brand standards, support the broader creative team to unblock projects, and continuously look for ways to improve the processes that keep AU Marketing's creative velocity reaching new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Production support for all creative in AU Marketing, including channel and campaign briefs, from concept through to final execution.
Creative resourcing and traffic manager for AU marketing - managing resourcing across a range of disciplines including video editing, copywriting, graphic design, as well as identifying gaps and engaging with external creatives such as agencies and editors to ensure all briefs are prioritised appropriately and delivered on time to meet commercial goals.
Attend and support kick-off meetings to ensure project teams are clear on the brief, understand roles and responsibilities and timings associated.
You’re an effective communicator, comfortable liaising with creatives, marketers, product teams, digital and to ensure no roadblocks across projects.
Shoot producer for all AU Marketing content including all pre-production, on-set lead, post-production and logistic implementation such as PPM, call sheets, schedules, crew and talent bookings, risk assessments, budget management, contracts and usage negotiation.
Manage end-to-end production for the flagship store, pop-ups, and events, overseeing vendors and structural builds to bring the brand to life in physical spaces.
Work with brief owners to get clarity and prioritise work, and unblock channel managers and creative team members.
Ideal background
2–4 years in creative production (agency or in-house). You’ve managed the lifecycle of campaigns from initial brief to final delivery.
You’re equally comfortable managing a high-stakes shoot as you are navigating a complex budget or resourcing freelance talent.
You’re systems and process-obsessed. Your love language is a well-structured board and a tidy asset library. You don't just follow workflows, you’re finding ways to make them faster.
You’re calm under pressure and maintain composure when deadlines shift or roadblocks appear.
You’re a quick learner and have a technical appetite to get across tools like Notion, Frame.io, and Figma.
