Job Description
Sea to Summit is looking for Quality Assurance Partner - Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Systems. The QHSE Partner is a hands-on systems, audit and assurance role that helps keep Sea to Summit's quality, environmental and WHS frameworks organised, auditable and continually improving.
This role supports the Lead Quality Partner by maintaining the Integrated Management System, internal audit program, document-control discipline, internal non-conformance/CAPA process, certification audit readiness and selected Distributed Brands compliance registrations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated management system: maintain and audit the policy, SOP, process, document-control, version-management and change-management framework across QMS, EMS and WHS processes.
QMS, EMS and WHS support: support maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001-aligned systems, including objectives, KPIs and management review inputs.
Internal audit program: plan, coordinate and follow up internal audits across the Integrated Management System, including audit schedules, evidence, findings and closure tracking.
External certification readiness: support external audits and certification programs including ISO systems, RCS/RDS, B Corp and other assurance activities where assigned.
Internal non-conformance and CAPA: own internal non-conformance management, internal RCA/CAPA tracking and effectiveness verification.
Enterprise and ESG risk registers: maintain or coordinate enterprise risk and ESG risk registers, including evidence, action tracking and management review inputs.
Distributed Brands registrations: maintain assigned DB compliance registrations and renewals, including AICIS, APCO, EESS, BiCON, AGA and related compliance records where assigned.
Global regulatory and product compliance: assist to monitor market requirements, translate obligations into product, labelling, packaging, technical file, import/export and reporting controls and compliance.
Product quality assurance and warranty analysis: collate, review and analyse global warranty reports to identify trends and collaborate with Product QA to drive continuous improvement in products.
Audit-ready records and reporting: keep system records organised, current and accessible so decisions, audits, certification reviews and management reporting are supported by evidence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, and compliance. In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations as well as environmental and social compliance requirements.
Experience in Integrated management system maintenance across QMS, EMS and WHS processes. Internal audit planning, evidence review, finding closure and certification audit readiness.
Internal non-conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA tracking and effectiveness verification.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organisation.
Ability to work constructively with internal teams, auditors, consultants, laboratories and suppliers.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools, including advanced Microsoft 365 Office tools,PowerBI,ClickUp or Project Management Software, PLM, GHG and ESG Software, Visio or Miro, AI Tools
Ability to maintain QCE KPIs, audit evidence, risk registers and management review inputs accurately.
