About the role
These roles will provide technical capability and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting asset performance business applications and dashboards to deliver efficient asset risk, performance, and forecasting insights to achieve business requirements.
Working closely with relevant subject matter experts, and with experience in developing and utilising web-based interfaces using a range of coding languages, you will improve access to and visibility of key asset and scheme performance data and health indicators to support optimised asset and scheme investment decision making.
Based in our Leederville office, you will be joining a team that value sharing and developing their own as well as your expertise. You will be a member of a team of professionals who engage widely across the business to support investment and business reporting.

What you can expect with this role
-
A key component of this role is the development and maintenance of internal Asset Performance business applications and dashboards.

Provide technical support for asset investment, risk, and performance reporting frameworks, systems, and tools.

Investigate data quality issues and support improvements through monitoring, reporting, and root cause analysis.

Assist in developing tools to monitor, forecast, and report on asset performance, risk, and demand trends.

Assist in developing tools to support non-revenue water investigations and remedial activities, including improved water balance tools.

Monitor and report asset and system performance against business objectives to assess progress and investment effectiveness.

Conduct analysis and support predictive modelling to forecast asset and system risk and performance.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

Tertiary level qualified in a relevant field and/or substantial experience in either development, maintenance or use of information technology databases and applications.

Substantial experience in SQL Server T-SQL development and web-based user interface development using JavaScript to deliver reporting, visualisation and analytical solutions.

Substantial experience in data and information analytics and/or asset risk and performance monitoring and reporting.

Considerable knowledge and experience in asset management and/or relevant knowledge and experience of investigation, analysis and reporting of asset and system risk and performance.

Relevant and proven understanding of problem solving and issues resolution.

Considerable knowledge and understanding of the design, development, and implementation of webpage interfaces utilising a range of coding languages.

Relevant knowledge and experience in the use of spatial, operational and relational data in investigation, monitoring, analysis and reporting activities

Relevant knowledge and experience in asset information management databases, systems and platforms (e.g. SAP, Maximo, PI, SCADA and GIS)
