Linxio is a fast-growing enterprise software provider founded in 2013. The software is a world-class GPS Fleet Management & team productivity software that helps businesses improve customer service, increase productivity, reduce costs and get maximum performance from their fleet, assets and team.

We are seeking an eager and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Linxio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing and closing warm leads that are passed onto you on a daily basis. You will need to demonstrate strong sales skills, a high level of customer service, and an ability to quickly understand our software and the benefits it offers to our customers. While you will not be required to do outbound prospecting for new opportunities, you are expected to maximize the potential of the leads that are provided to you.

Tasks

About the Role

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyse business development success. This individual will call and arrange online meetings with clients in order to understand their needs and showcase our software. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

Responsibilities

Manage and close warm leads provided on a daily basis.
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently articulate the benefits of our SaaS to potential customers.
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and map those needs to our product offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and send proposals and quotes, and negotiate terms of service where necessary.
Record all sales activities and keep an updated status on all leads in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve company sales objectives.
Developing new business by consulting small-to-medium sized business owners.
