The Opportunity:
We're looking for a People Systems Manager who is passionate about HR technology, thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to make a real impact across a national business. If you're an experienced Dayforce expert who loves driving change, improving processes and turning data into meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our people systems ecosystem, lead a high-performing team and influence how technology supports thousands of our employees across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Optimise Dayforce (CityHub) and other key people systems across City
Lead system upgrades, releases, testing and enhancements
Drive compliance, data integrity and governance
Manage integrations across Dayforce and related platforms
Deliver reporting, dashboards and actionable workforce insights
Lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years' experience in HRIS, HCM, WFM or People Systems
Expertise in Dayforce (highly desirable)
Experience managing system implementations, upgrades and integrations
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement
