About the role
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Support Manager who will be responsible for business development and leadership support for our Malaga team based in WA. Quarterly visit to our head office (Brisbane, QLD) will be required.
About the opportunity
- Act as a key escalation point for customer issues, incidents and site concerns
- Ensure full HSE compliance across all activities onsite at our Malaga based workshop
- Identify and convert business development opportunities to support growth
- Take ownership of end-to-end service delivery: planning, execution, quality and customer outcomes
- Oversee the Perth facility and field operations, ensuring readiness of people, equipment an tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the key WA Enerflex representative
- Deliver against revenue, margin and performance targets
- Coach and develop your team and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure accurate reporting, governance, planning and operational discipline (SAP, work orders, scheduling)
- Lead, support and develop a small team
About You
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience in a similar environment
- Experience in business development, with a track record of winningnew work
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand field operations and equipment
- Proven experience leading and supporting small teams
- Demonstrated commitment to safety-first culture and HSE compliance
- Hands-on leader willing to support teams on-site and resolve operational issues
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance operations and revenue growth
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships in the field
- Clear and confident communicator with strong leadership and influencing skills
- Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
