Full Job Description

Join Hilti's Perth Store as a Warehouse Operator and play a vital role in delivering the right products, at the right time, with the exceptional service our customers rely on every day.

As a Warehouse Operator based at our Perth Hilti Store, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe and organised environment, and supporting both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with store and sales teams to ensure products are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently while delivering the exceptional service Hilti is known for.

What You'll do

Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock movements and cycle counts.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Operate warehouse equipment and follow all safe work procedures.
Support store operations and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.
Assist with inventory investigations and stock reconciliation activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide a positive and professional experience for customers visiting the store.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or distribution environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
A safety-first mindset and a proactive approach to maintaining workplace standards.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable performing manual handling and physically active work.
Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential).
Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse technology is advantageous.
