About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate the online presence of our Second Hand Phone sales, repairs and mobile accessories. This role is designed for an innovative digital marketer who excels at translating brand identity into high-impact visual content while simultaneously optimizing our organic search visibility and digital advertising performance.
The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated eye for graphic design, hands-on experience in multimedia production, and a strong understanding of technical SEO and search marketing. You will take full ownership of our digital channels—transforming everyday technical services and product offerings into compelling, discoverable, and shareable digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Scheduling: Plan, develop, and execute a comprehensive content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to ensure a consistent, engaging, and premium brand voice.
- Multimedia Production: Concept, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photography and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to platform-specific algorithms and trends.
- Graphic Design: Design polished marketing collateral, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
- SEO Optimization: Implement on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies to drive high-intent organic traffic to our website and retail locations, optimizing keyword targeting for repair services and retail products.
- Google Ads Management: Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) to maximize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and native social insights to monitor KPIs, track attribution, and generate actionable reports on growth and campaign ROI.
- Community Management: Oversee daily social media operations, actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering an active, loyal online community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Management team to align digital marketing initiatives with broader campaign launches, product rollouts, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing professional social media portfolios and executing digital marketing initiatives for an established brand or e-commerce business.
- Design & Editing Expertise: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) and advanced capability in Canva.
- Search Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, local SEO for brick-and-mortar, link building) and structural familiarity with Google Ads.
- Short-Form Video Production: Demonstrated ability to script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content optimized for mobile-first platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced capability using Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, or dedicated marketing dashboards to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to manage multiple brands simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)
- Experience conceptualizing and managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
- Professional-grade photography and studio lighting skills.
- Background working within e-commerce, consumer electronics, or lifestyle product brands.
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
