Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
As the Senior Finance Manager - Commercial, you will partner with Commercial leadership to shape strategy, lead high performing teams and deliver transformational initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen financial performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Act as the trusted partner to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions and driving commercial outcomes across the business.

Lead, coach and develop a high performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner across Commercial, Operations, Technology and Product to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives.

Lead the development of commercial strategies, investment cases and financial models that enable confident decision making and sustainable growth.

Deliver financial performance by identifying opportunities to improve revenue, optimise margins and enhance operational efficiency.

Challenge thinking through commercial insight, scenario modelling and robust financial analysis to shape future business direction.

Build strong cross functional relationships that strengthen alignment, influence stakeholders and embed finance as a valued strategic partner.

Champion financial governance, performance disciplines and continuous improvement while balancing innovation with strong commercial and financial outcomes.
You are a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and turning complex data into practical business outcomes within a dynamic retail or FMCG environment. You will also bring:

CA or CPA with extensive commercial finance experience gained within retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or similarly complex customer focused organisations.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to challenge constructively and influence at executive level.

Demonstrated leadership experience building, coaching and developing high performing finance teams.

Strong commercial acumen supported by advanced analytical capability and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change.

Experience leading transformation programs, embedding new ways of working and delivering sustainable business change across cross functional teams.

Demonstrated experience strengthening financial governance, controls and commercial processes while enabling growth.
