About the Role
As our Gym Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage front desk check-ins and member enquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general customer questions
- Assist with bookings, memberships, and basic administration tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Support the team with day-to-day club operations
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions where required
- Help create a positive and energetic club atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
