Health and Safety Administrator

Northern Star Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Administrator to join our high-performing and collaborative team at Jundee Operations. Working on a permanent FIFO roster of 8 days on, 6 days off from Perth, you will provide essential administrative support to the Health & Safety team, ensuring efficient site operations and supporting key compliance and safety requirements across the business

Here is what awaits you.

Coordinate contractor mobilisation, site access, travel arrangements, and roster administration.
Maintain accurate records and workforce data within INX, LGIRS, and other site systems.
Process requisitions, work orders, and other administrative documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, including AXTAT reporting, and support reporting requirements.
Support event coordination, stakeholder communications, and general site administration activities.
Maintain health, safety, emergency management, and compliance systems, including Mine Control and Safety Boards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence across site functions.

To thrive in this role, you will need.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining or resources sector, previous FIFO experience, proficiency in INX InFlight and INX +Process, and ideally experience using Pronto or similar ERP systems.

Qualification: Current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence
