The role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Drilling Division.
AT HMR our administrators are valued members of the team, working closely with Site Personnel and Management to support safe, efficient and successful drilling operations.

What you’ll be doing

Provide day-to-day administrative support to drilling operations and site teams

Manage credit cards, site costs, and equipment allocations
-
Process Purchase Orders, reimbursements, vendor invoices, and end-of-month financial deadline reporting for drilling sites.

Coordinate purchasing activities including orders, freight, rig movements, goods receipting, and supplier management

Organise travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for drill crews, including rosters and meal sheets

Assist with general office administration and reception support as required

Be apart of a Dynamic administration team willing to roll their sleeves up.
What we need from you

Administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational data

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Dynamics (Business Central) and Teams
-
Police clearance within 12 months

Administrative experience within the mining/drilling industry

Certificate in Business/Administration
