About Your Role

As an Emergency Department Principal House Officer/Registrar, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of emergency presentations
Deliver timely, patient-centred care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and discharge planning
Develop and apply advanced resuscitation skills across adult, paediatric and neonatal care
Collaborate with specialist teams to optimise patient outcomes

About You

You are a motivated and patient-focused medical practitioner with a passion for emergency medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in emergency medicine or acute care
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy emergency setting
Experience supervising or mentoring junior medical staff
