Permanent full-time | Onsite in Happy Valley, SA | Up to $35 per hour.

As the Administration Assistant at Hillsview Village, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for residents, families and visitors while helping the village operate smoothly. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining administration, resident communication, billing support and village events in a warm, community-focused environment.

This position is based onsite five days a week, so it may particularly suit someone living in Happy Valley or the surrounding southern suburbs who is looking for a convenient role closer to home.

What you will be working on
You’ll help keep Hillsview organised, responsive and welcoming by:

Acting as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and other enquiries
Preparing and distributing monthly resident billing statements
Processing accounts payable, monitoring expenditure and reconciling accounts
Managing records, correspondence, meetings and village information
Supporting resident move-ins and helping new residents feel welcome
Coordinating village events and activities alongside the wider team
Handling enquiries and concerns with care, discretion and professionalism
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager

What type of person will be successful?
You’ll thrive in this role if you are organised, approachable and comfortable balancing several priorities. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships and take pride in keeping information accurate and up to date.

You’ll also bring:

Previous experience in administration or office coordination
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based record systems
An understanding of accounts payable, receivable or billing processes
Care and discretion when handling confidential information
The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
The ability to work onsite five days a week and reliably travel to Hillsview Village in Happy Valley

Experience in retirement living, aged care, hospitality, property or real estate would be valuable but is not essential. Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would also be helpful.
