About the position
We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Dental Receptionist to join our four-chair practice on a full time basis.
We offer a friendly and welcoming environment with ongoing training and support. Our dentists and team are patient-focused and committed to delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional patient-centered care. We are a modern practice offering a wide range of treatments from general check ups to cosmetic treatments.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.

Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints.

Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.

Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations.

Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.

What do you need to succeed ?

Experience as a Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn

A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment

A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value

Experience with EXACT is desirable but not required
