What you’ll do:
- As a Structural Engineer you will:
- Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
- Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients;
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally;
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team;
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers;
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
About You
- Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)
- 5-8 years industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
- Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
- Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
- The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
