Full Job Description

Konami Australia is seeking a Logistics & Quick Change Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced Operations team.

This is a varied coordination and administration role responsible for supporting delivery activities, Quick Change processes and operational administration. You'll work closely with Warehouse, Production, Service and Sales teams to ensure orders, installations and operational requirements are coordinated efficiently and accurately.

We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate freight and delivery activities to support customer orders and installations
Organise carrier pick-ups and monitor deliveries through to completion
Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates
Monitor DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) performance and help ensure service targets are achieved
Liaise with Warehouse, Production and Service teams to support efficient order fulfilment
Support Quick Change applications and regulatory requirements across NSW and other jurisdictions
Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate records
Troubleshoot delivery issues, including shipment delays, damaged goods and urgent delivery requests
Coordinate corrective actions and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Assist with order entry and other administrative tasks as required
Provide general operational support across the department

Previous administration, logistics or coordination experience preferred

Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP or business systems highly regarded
