Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for a rewarding permanent part-time opportunity in Banora Point?

United Disability Care is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in a welcoming SIL environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, supporting independence and making a real difference in someone's day-to-day life.

What We're Looking for we are seeking experienced Support Workers who:

Have solid experience working within the disability sector, particularly SIL environments
Are available and comfortable working Overnight Sleepover shifts
Are reliable, dependable and committed to their roster
Have a genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
Can build positive and respectful relationships with participants
Are confident working independently and as part of a team
Understand the importance of following support plans, routines and participant preferences
Have strong communication and documentation skills

Mandatory requirements:

Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Hold a current Australia Driver Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

Participant-Specific Requirements:
This role supports a female participant and includes assistance with personal care and the delivery of supports in a manner that maintains the participant's privacy, dignity, comfort and cultural preferences.

Accordingly, female applicants may be preferred for this position where permitted by applicable anti-discrimination legislation and in line with the participant's assessed support needs. Selection decisions will be based on skills, experience, capability and the requirements of the role.
