Full Job Description

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, generating new business and helping beauty and aesthetics businesses find the right equipment and solutions for their needs.

This is a people focused, target driven role suited to someone who is confident, energetic and passionate about sales and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and proactively seek new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct sales consultations and understand each client's business needs
Present and demonstrate our range of beauty, aesthetic and medical devices
Educate clients on device features, benefits, treatment applications and business opportunities
Prepare quotes, proposals and finance/leasing options
Follow up leads and enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
Maintain regular communication with existing clients
Attend client appointments, demonstrations, meetings and industry events
Work closely with the training and management teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activity
Stay up to date with new technologies, products and industry trends

About You

Experience

Previous sales experience is highly desirable, particularly within beauty, aesthetics, medical devices, finance, leasing or a similar industry.

However, we are also open to someone with strong customer service, beauty or industry experience who has the personality, confidence and ambition to succeed in sales.
