James QLD Glass Operations, located in Eagle Farm, is seeking an Order Entry Administrator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring effective and accurate data entry to support the teams’ daily workflows.

The Role
Do you enjoy staying organised, supporting a team, and delivering excellent service? This entry-level role provides hands-on training, exposure to manufacturing operations, and long-term career opportunities within a stable, growing Australian business.

Processing customer orders and raising jobs in Oracle based on supplied drawings and specifications
Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication.
Keeping accurate records and maintaining data systems

The Person
Experience is not essential; we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and develop. To be successful, you will have:

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Experience with Oracle or V6 systems is desirable but not essential.
