$230,530 salary package - includes base salary $203,592 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Program Manager position is responsible for leading the program management, coordination and successful delivery and orchestration of several high impact complex projects that together transform the business towards an end state strategic vision. The position ensures effective governance and project controls, managing risks, interdependencies, quality and leveraging resources to maximize efficiencies and achieve required organisation benefits and outcomes.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have: -
- Degree qualification in program/ project management/ related field or equivalent significant experience.
- Extensive experience leading and managing multiple projects at portfolio or program level on business transformation and change (or similar) across large complex business areas or organisations.
- Demonstrated high level stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on program/project management strategies.
- Strong track record of proactively resolving complex project planning issues to successfully achieve integrated and coordinated delivery.
Highly Regarded
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering large‑scale data centre exit / cloud migration or similar infrastructure‑to‑cloud transformation programs in a complex organisation.
- Experience standing up or transitioning to managed service arrangements, including vendor selection, service design and implementation of SLAs/OLAs.
- Experience operating within NSW Government or similar public sector environments, including familiarity with risk, assurance, and compliance requirements.
