Lead a major Google Data Platform migration

FinXL is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance provider, where you will lead an enterprise-wide data migration initiative. The project focuses on transitioning critical data assets and analytics workloads from a legacy Enterprise Data Hub (Greenplum) to the Google Data Platform (GDP).
Responsibilities
Lead an enterprise-wide cloud and data migration program
Transition critical data assets and workloads to a new Google Data Platform
Manage end-to-end delivery with multiple workstreams and high business impact
Establish program governance and manage SteerCo and executive escalations
Manage data dependencies, lineage, cutover planning and legacy decommissioning
Coordinate cross-program dependencies to avoid delivery and business disruption
Deliver decision-ready program reporting and manage program financials
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs
Deep hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data migration programs
Mandatory background in the Insurance or Finance sectors
Strong governance, SteerCo and senior stakeholder management capability
Previous experience delivering Google Data Platform migrations
Ability to manage complex cross-divisional interdependencies
Strong capability across budgets, forecasts, and actuals management
