Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 + super.

The role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting two Executive Directors and the Director Operations. You'll help keep things running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing briefings and reports, and acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of people. You'll also support projects and day-to-day operations that help the team achieve its goals.

This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change throughout the day. You'll need to balance competing demands, stay organised and work proactively to support senior leaders. Success in the role will come from your ability to manage workloads effectively, communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
