About the role:
This part-time role provides focused Executive Assistant support to all other Australia Executive members as assigned (Marketing, Finance, HR).
The scope is deliberately limited to diary, inbox and priority management; travel, logistics, expenses and routine administration; and confidential, professional and efficient executive office processes.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage diaries and scheduling for assigned Exec members, prioritising commitments, resolving conflicts and protecting time for important follow-up.

Manage urgent matters and helping Exec members prioritise follow-up.

Coordinate travel through the approved travel provider, including travel logistics, itineraries and related administration.

Manage expense claims and related administration accurately and on time through Concur.

Maintain organised executive office processes, records and routines, while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience / skills required:

Experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Coordinator or senior administrative support role, ideally supporting senior leaders.

Strong diary, inbox and priority management experience, including managing competing demands across multiple stakeholders.

Experience with Concur or similar expense systems and with corporate travel provider processes.

Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and core business administration systems.

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, administrative discipline and ability to work effectively within a part-time scope.
