The impact you’ll make
As a trusted advisor within the People team, you will:
- Partner with corporate leaders to support workforce planning, organisational change and performance through a period of transformation
- Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle, aligned to contemporary best practice and legislation
- Coach and support leaders through change initiatives, restructures and complex people matters
- Enable strong leadership capability through guidance on performance, engagement and culture
- Contribute to enterprise‑wide P&C initiatives that support strategic and transformation outcomes
- Translate HR and employment frameworks into practical, value‑adding solutions
- Identify emerging workforce trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision‑making
- Collaborate across People & Culture to continuously improve people practices, systems and employee experience
What you’ll bring
You’re a commercially minded HR Partner who thrives in corporate environments, enjoys change, and builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders. You’ll also bring:
- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally supporting corporate or enterprise portfolios
- Strong working knowledge of HR and employment relations, with the ability to balance risk, compliance and business outcomes
- Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Confidence coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management, judgement and decision‑making capability
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to broader P&C priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience in large, complex or regulated organisations
- Exposure to workforce planning or organisational design
- Alignment with and appreciation of BaptistCare’s purpose, vision and values.
