As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps our aged care home running smoothly. Your responsibilities include reception, customer service, finance processing, records management, rostering, and supporting both residents and staff.
You’ll manage staff rosters, coordinate leave and recruitment workflows, maintain employee files, liaise with Payroll and Human Resources, and ensure compliance with relevant awards and agreements. You’ll also prepare staff correspondence, support audits, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing a busy workload — someone who enjoys helping people and being a steady, reliable presence for residents, families and colleagues.

To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in administration or reception
Strong IT skills across a range of applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and respond to changing priorities
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Experience with rostering and scheduling (ideally electronic systems such as Kronos)
Ability to interpret Awards and Agreements
Experience supporting staff, managing files, and liaising with Payroll and People & Culture
Strong organisational, problem‑solving and analytical skills
