About the Opportunity
We’ve just moved into a brand-new library, and we’re looking for people who are excited to help bring this incredible new space to life!
As a Library Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the experience, welcoming customers into a modern, vibrant space designed to connect people with ideas, technology, learning and each other. Whether you’re helping someone find their next great read, helping customers to book into an exciting program, assisting at our public computers or simply having a friendly conversation, you’ll help make every visit a positive one.

You’ll also provide a range of essential customer services, including processing library transactions, payments and other Council services.
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with people, are curious, approachable and happy to give things a go. You’ll join a team that is passionate about creating welcoming spaces and delivering experiences that make a difference to our community.
This is your chance to be part of something new. A brand-new library, a fresh chapter for our customers, and a team helping shape what library service looks like in the future.
