Based in Adelaide and reporting directly to the Key Account Director, this is a significant senior operational leadership role responsible for the performance of Hospitality, Cleaning, Accommodation, Laundry, Transport and Fitness services across metropolitan, regional and remote Defence locations.
At the centre of this role is creating an exceptional experience for Defence personnel across the places they live, work, train and connect. By bringing together Hospitality, Cleaning, Accommodation, Laundry, Transport and Fitness services, you will shape an operation that is seamless, responsive and makes a meaningful difference every day.
The Operations Manager will bring multiple service lines together to deliver a seamless, consistent and high-quality customer experience. Client relationship management and key stakeholder engagement will be critical to success, requiring a visible and trusted leader who can understand customer priorities, navigate complexity and turn strategic commitments into reliable operational outcomes.
A snapshot of what you will do:
Lead the safe, reliable and customer focused delivery of Hospitality, Cleaning, Accommodation, Laundry, Transport and Fitness services across South Australia.
Take overall accountability for service performance, customer experience, quality, safety, compliance and operational delivery across multiple locations.
Lead, develop and empower geographically dispersed teams, creating a culture of accountability, inclusion and service excellence.
