Face-to-Face Sales Representative

About Supercar Holidays

Supercar Holidays provides luxury holiday experiences on the Gold Coast, including opportunities for customers to drive and experience prestigious supercars.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Perth team and introduce customers to our holiday experiences at shopping centres and promotional locations.

About the Role

As a Face-to-Face Sales Representative, you will engage with members of the public, explain our holiday packages, answer questions and assist interested customers through the sales process.

This is a face-to-face sales position involving customer engagement, lead generation and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage professionally with customers at shopping centres and promotional locations.
Introduce customers to Supercar Holidays products and experiences.
Connecting and having dialogues with customers.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate product and pricing information.
Generate leads and convert qualified enquiries into bookings.
Explain package inclusions, pricing and applicable promotions.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
Follow company sales procedures and policies.
Represent the Supercar Holidays brand professionally.

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence speaking with members of the public.
A positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
Motivation to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and good time management.
Availability to work weekends is required.

Previous experience in face-to-face sales, fundraising, direct sales or promotional work is desirable but not essential.

Full training on our products, sales process and systems will be provided.

An interest in cars, travel, tourism or luxury experiences is advantageous.
