We are seeking experienced practitioners to join oOh!media's Business Analysis chapter as Senior Business Analysts. Reporting to the Principal Business Analyst, this role takes complete ownership of complex functional areas within business initiatives—from initial analysis through to delivery support and validation of outputs.
Business initiatives at oOh! are driven by Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that frequently span multiple systems, platforms, and engineering squads. As a Senior BA, you will engage credibly in technical design conversations as a functional counterpart to Architecture and Engineering, stress-testing solutions and staying embedded throughout execution to maintain clarity under delivery pressure.
Hiring Round Note: We are hiring up to two Senior BAs into the chapter. While both share core responsibilities, one role carries an additional specialisation in Workflow & UX Analysis for internal-facing systems (focusing on operational efficiency, user journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes, screen-level logic, and coaching team members).
-
Complex Functional Area Ownership: Own the full analysis, functional design, delivery support, and validation lifecycle for assigned areas. Produce clear functional specifications (business rules, logic, data requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria) and review/validate delivered outputs against original intent.
-
Cross-squad Coordination & BRD Coherence: Identify and track dependencies across squad boundaries, surface cross-squad impacts early, and facilitate the resolution of cross-area conflicts to maintain holistic BRD coherence.
-
Iterative Partnership with Architecture & Engineering: Participate actively in solution design and backlog refinement, stress-testing architectural approaches against business needs while adapting requirements to technical constraints.
-
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and operational users, facilitating working sessions to elicit requirements and explicitly manage scope.
-
Chapter Contribution: Apply and shape BA chapter practice standards, support less experienced BAs through coaching/peer reviews, and leverage AI tools as a natural part of your analytical workflow.
-
Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis or a related discipline within complex, multi-system technology delivery environments.
-
End-to-End Ownership: Proven track record taking ownership of complex functional areas across analysis, design, delivery support, and validation.
-
Technical & Governance Depth: Experience producing functional specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria while managing cross-functional dependencies across multiple squads. Comfortable engaging credibly in technical design and architectural conversations.
-
Facilitation & AI Skills: Confident facilitator across both business and technical teams, and an active user of AI tools in daily analysis and documentation workflows.
-
Core Traits: Complexity-comfortable, technically engaged, dependency-aware, clear under delivery pressure, pragmatically thorough, and an AI-enabled practitioner.
Advantageous: Background in media, ad-tech, or platform businesses; exposure to quarterly/program delivery cadences; agile multi-squad experience; exposure to agent-based AI tools; or experience mentoring/coaching junior analysts.
