About the role:
Our eDiscovery team combines deep technical knowledge and experience with cutting-edge technology to provide our clients with the latest in technology-enabled legal service delivery. Fully integrated with our legal and Advanced Solutions teams, our eDiscovery team provides defensible and cost-efficient reviews and production to clients throughout the global network using the latest eDiscovery tools, big data, and AI-driven technologies.
As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Specialist (equivalent to a Senior Consultant) to be responsible for leading and assisting the efficient, cost effective and quality delivery of legal technology and eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory investigations, disputes, corporate transactions, cyber incidents, and internal investigations. Applying a consultative approach to solving eDiscovery challenges you will advise and deliver for clients and internal legal teams through all phases of eDiscovery matters.
Working as part of a national and international team, the role combines technology, project management and client service skills to deliver high-quality, defensible and cost-effective outcomes for clients and legal teams. The successful candidate will work with leading eDiscovery and analytics platforms, including AI-enabled review technologies, and will report to one of our eDiscovery Managers.
You will collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and team members, contributing as a member of the global eDiscovery team and training junior members on eDiscovery tasks and workflows.

About you:
- Minimum of 5 years eDiscovery experience working in a professional services firm, law firm or government agency. Experience leading the delivery of matters through all phases of eDiscovery is preferred.
- Proven experience in searching, building structured workflows, and completing productions using technology platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Canopy or Nuix Workstation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues that arise during a project, and assist in implementing streamlined and repeatable solutions
- Experience using analytical tools, in particular GenAI and Continuous Active Learning (CAL) workflows or Technology Assisted Review
- A broad understanding of document processing and evidence handling workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, solutions focused environment with strict and short deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to develop quality assurance practices into all facets of work
