Join Ricoh Australia as an Account Executive – Workplace Technology, where you'll partner with organisations to optimise their print environments, improve workplace productivity, and accelerate digital transformation through our industry-leading Managed Print Services (MPS) and Workplace Technology solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in consultative selling, strategic account management, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new business opportunities across a defined territory, with a focus on strategic and enterprise customers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and business development.
Grow revenue by acquiring new customers while expanding existing Ricoh accounts.
Deliver tailored Managed Print Services (MPS) and Workplace Technology solutions that address customer business needs.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and solution presentations to key decision-makers.
Develop strategic territory and account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical specialists, and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and contract close.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and business growth targets.

To be successful in this role:

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or account management.
Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or Government customer accounts.
Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS), workplace technology, or other managed or contractual service solutions.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
Strong prospecting skills with a track record of building and managing your own sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders across multiple levels.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results.
