Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality healthcare by providing efficient, accurate and professional administrative services within a busy multidisciplinary team environment.
Deliver high-quality reception and administrative support, including managing enquiries, directing visitors and maintaining accurate client records.
Perform data entry, maintain clinical databases and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the service through effective administration and organisation.
Work collaboratively with staff to provide excellent customer service, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help create a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and customer service support, with a professional, empathetic and positive approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, maintain confidentiality and interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds.
Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and working with databases or information systems.
