This is a permanent role, based in Sydney and will be reporting to the MD of Australasia.About YouWe are seeking an exceptional professional to partner directly with the Managing Director of Australasia while helping drive key business transformation initiatives across the region.This unique opportunity combines executive partnership with program management, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, and the successful delivery of strategic priorities.You will work closely with senior leaders across Australasia and APAC, coordinating critical activities that help the business operate with pace, discipline, and clarity.On a typical day you willPartner closely with the Managing Director – Manage priorities, schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and executive office activities.Prepare collaterals – Organize briefing materials, presentations, agendas, leadership communications, and meeting outputs to support decision-making.Coordinate leadership team meetings - Business reviews, action tracking, governance processes, and follow-up activities.Transformation Program – Support the delivery of a major transformation program through milestone tracking, governance routines, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Collaborate with Australasia leaders – Work closely with Operations, Service, finance, HR, legal, EHS, sales, supply chain, and delivery teams to help drive execution and alignment.Coordinate events – Manage leadership events, employee engagement activities, executive visits, customer engagements, and strategic workshops.Change Management – Support initiatives through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.Executive support – Deliver high-quality executive support while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.Governance – Maintain governance structures, trackers, reporting processes, and progress updates for transformation activities.Stakeholder management – Build strong relationships with leaders, regional stakeholders, executive assistants, customers, and external customers/partnersWhat you will need to be successfulHaving experience in executive support, change, project or program managementIs confident working with senior executives and leadership teams in a dynamic environmentHave exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and geographies.Curiosity, initiative, resilience, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.Strong Microsoft 365 capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.What we offerThe opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director of Australasia and senior leadership teams.Exposure to a significant multi-year business transformation program.Broad visibility across multiple business functions and regional stakeholders.Meaningful career development opportunities with exposure to leadership and future growth pathways.A collaborative, inclusive environment where your contribution can directly influence business outcomes.Join us today and help us build what’s next!If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
