This Role: The HSSE Coordinator will support the HSSE Manager regarding performance requirements on a day-to-day basis to support the Work Dynamics Australia Post account service delivery functions, ensuring compliance and meeting expectations. To provide support as a representative of the JLL Account Team to ensure the proper management of all sites, with a constant focus on, HSE and compliance matters. To ensure delivery of compliance with HSE objectives and the KPI’s. Provide support to each site and implement Account wide HSE initiatives in accordance with the JLL HSE Framework.
An Overview of the role:
Practices, Processes and Procedures – Work closely with the Account Team to ensure that all JLL processes and procedures are implemented and maintained across the portfolio with a view to achieving consistency across all sites.
HSE management systems support and implementation - Incident investigation, auditing, emergency management, and reporting.
Compliance – Support and maintain the Assurance Plan including a list of compliance requirements, the frequency and verification method. The plan relates to JLL such as but not limited to JCAP, CMO, Corrigo, and associated programs including performance related audits, etc.
HSE Framework – Under the Programs or reporting obligations (e.g. JLL HSE Performance Standards and client HSE Requirements) ensuring the process is supported and co- ordinated across the Account. Ensure the seamless collation, validation and provision of all required data and documentation by the FM teams as per the agreed timeframes.
Practical support for HSE Team and JLL FMs in the implementation, and monitoring of audit and compliance programs for each site.
Practical support for the oversight of site audits, findings and tracking of actions.
Regular compliance reporting including the status of compliance and audit findings in an agreed format.
Oversight of any client endorsed compliance and audit platforms, including any reporting requirements.
Internal Reporting – Provide timely reporting internally, and quick response to internal requests for information. Attend meetings / forums as nominated by the HSE Manager.
Client Reporting - Assist with any high-level report queries. Introduce reviews of HSE, Risk and Compliance data to track performance.
Client Requests – Handle ad-hoc client request, including face-to-face client meetings.
Regular consistent client feedback about value add and quality of advice and solutions focused.
As a minimum, performance will be measured on but not limited to: - HSE and Compliance performance.
Ability to travel to various sites within portfolio, as may be required from time to time, be these located in the metropolitan area, regionally, interstate or overseas located.
Undertake such other duties, as may be required/directed within reason.
Sounds like you? We are looking with:
Tertiary qualifications in HSSE or related field are mandatory. Demonstrable experience within a similar role. Tertiary HSE Qualifications or Similar (Cet 4 as minimum)
3-5 years HSE experience in a Property or Facility Management field.
The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
Member of Professional Institution is preferred
