RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SUBCONTRACTOR — GOLD COAST JDF CLEANING CO. is building a small network of reliable, experienced independent residential cleaning contractors to help us care for homes across the Gold Coast.

We are looking for established cleaners — either individuals or small cleaning teams — who take pride in their work, operate professionally and understand that quality residential cleaning is about more than simply completing a list of tasks. Our focus is consistent, high-quality home care and building long-term relationships with our customers.

How the Subcontractor Arrangement Works:

Cleaning opportunities are offered individually based on:

Your availability
Your preferred Gold Coast service areas
The type of cleaning work you are interested in
Customer demand
Your experience and suitability for the service

Before accepting a job, you will be provided with the relevant property information, cleaning scope and agreed fixed contractor payment. You can accept or decline work before it is confirmed. There are no guaranteed minimum hours or number of jobs. Reliable contractors who consistently deliver work to the required standard may be offered ongoing and recurring customers. You remain an independent contractor and continue operating your own business.

Types of Work Opportunities may include:

Weekly and fortnightly residential home care
One-off residential cleaning - Detailed Home Resets - Bond and vacate cleaning - Move-in cleaning
Pre-sale and property presentation cleaning -
Other residential cleaning opportunities as JDF CLEANING CO. grows

What We Are Looking For:

We are particularly interested in experienced cleaners who:

Have strong residential cleaning experience - Take genuine pride in the finished result - Have excellent attention to detail - Are reliable, punctual and responsive - Can work independently without constant supervision - Communicate professionally with customers and JDF CLEANING CO. - Respect customers, their homes and their belongings - Are comfortable following an agreed cleaning scope and service standard - Want additional work without giving up their independence Individuals and established cleaning teams are welcome to apply.

Contractor Requirements Applicants must:

Hold an active ABN
Hold current public liability insurance
Hold a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one before commencing
Have reliable transport
Provide their own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
Have a suitable vacuum and mopping equipment
Be legally entitled to work in Australia
Be able to invoice for subcontracted services

A brief overview of your residential cleaning experience - Whether you currently operate your own cleaning business

Your general Monday–Friday availability - The Gold Coast suburbs or areas you prefer to service

Confirmation of your ABN
Confirmation of public liability insurance
Whether you currently hold a National Police Check
Confirmation that you have your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
Your current capacity for additional work If you're an experienced independent cleaner looking for additional Gold Coast work while maintaining the freedom to operate your own business, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay: $135.00 – $360.00 per day
