CORE Cleaning is looking for an experienced, detail-focused subcontractor to join our cleaning team on the Gold Coast. We handle a steady flow of bond/end of lease cleans for real estate agents and landlords, plus regular domestic house cleans for ongoing residential clients.
We're after someone reliable who takes pride in doing the job right the first time — bond cleans need to pass agent inspection, and our regular clients expect a consistent standard every visit.
What the work involves:
- Bond/end of lease cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, windows, carpets where required)
- Regular domestic/house cleans for repeat residential clients
- Oven, range hood, and appliance detailing
- Working to a checklist/SOP to a consistent standard
- Occasional add-ons: carpet steam cleaning, external windows, garage cleans
What we're looking for:
- Own ABN (subcontractor arrangement)
- Own reliable transport (own equipment/chemicals preferred, or negotiable)
- Previous bond and/or domestic cleaning experience preferred
- Punctual, thorough, and able to work efficiently without cutting corners
- Comfortable with a mix of one-off bond jobs and recurring house cleans
- Available for regular work, Gold Coast area
