We're Seeking a Strategic and commercially minded Head of Audience and Performance to lead our audience, media and performance ecosystem.

This leadership role is a 12-month fixed term contract offering a unique opportunity to drive business performance while building foundational capabilities across audience activation, SEO/AEO, experimentation and marketing technology.

What will you do?

Lead and optimise Teachers Health's media strategy across paid channels, ensuring investment drives measurable business growth and customer acquisition outcomes.
Develop and continuously refine audience frameworks that improve targeting precision.
Oversee attribution, performance reporting and tagging and tracking frameworks translating data into actionable insights and commercial narratives.
Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and implement practical solutions.
Partner closely with Head of Digital Growth & Lifecycle to optimise funnel performance and improve conversion outcomes.
Lead, coach and embed a newly formed team of media, analytics and marketing technology specialists.
Provide clear performance updates to senior stakeholders, linking media activity to business results.

What are we looking for?

15+ years of experience in performance marketing, media, growth or digital marketing leadership.
Experience in working in house for media management.
Experience working in a heavily regulated environment such as finance or insurance.
Management experience alongside a passion for people development and a team orientated, coaching style.
Expertise in Performance marketing and commercial reporting.
Experience with Martech technologies, like CDP, salesforce, experimentation tools.
Strong expertise across Paid media platforms including Google, Meta, programmatic, and related ad technology.
Experience with tagging and tracking systems including GTM, GA4, pixels, events, and conversion frameworks.
Experience with Audience segmentation, targeting, and media optimisation.
