About the Opportunity
As part of the Customer & Marketing team, the Project Support Coordinator plays a key role in bringing our Customer Experience Strategy to life. This position supports the coordination, monitoring and delivery of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, helping ensure our services are efficient, effective and centred on customer needs.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and project partners, you will apply sound project management principles to support the successful delivery of outcomes. From coordinating project plans, communications and reporting, to contributing to toolkits and implementation activities aligned with the Customer Experience Strategy, you will help keep projects on track and teams connected.
You will support engagement activities both internally and externally, facilitate workshops and interviews, and assist in mapping current and future state business processes and customer journeys. Through research, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration, you will help identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to meaningful, measurable enhancements across the organisation.
The role also involves preparing reports, correspondence and presentation materials, developing templates and workshop resources, collating and analysing data, and supporting change impact and transition planning. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to refining internal processes and ensuring project delivery drives efficiency, effectiveness and exceptional customer outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive experience in complex administrative tasks using various technologies.
Demonstrated experience in delivering process improvements projects, including production of process maps, current/future state documents and relevant materials.
Experience in analysing quantitative data to inform project delivery and evaluation.
Training and/or experience in the principles and processes that underpin good project management.
