Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced Practice Manager/Senior Receptionist to join our Team. We make a real difference to peoples lives, and our patients appreciate our care and understanding.

Main duties include making new and re-scheduling appointments, processing payments, answering phone enquiries and other administrative tasks like front office co-ordination/management. Applicant should have experience in dental stock ordering.

Our team of dental professionals is in search of the right person who knows the value of great communication skills and enthusiasm. We love our work, our patients and the community. Our values include love, care and fun, with quality of care.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for the day to day work flow of the Clinic

Staff management may include rosters/accounts receivable and payable

You should Care for our patients like they are family and bring a positive and professional energy to our Practice.

Customer service experience required. Past experience as a dental assistant an advantage.

Pay: $51,721.50 – $90,000.00 per year
