Full Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an Operational Technology Business Analyst. Join our technology hub team and play a key role in leading structured requirements gathering, scoping and analysis required to support Operational Technology (OT) upgrades across multiple Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts. Reporting to Program Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services .

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Conduct structured OT discovery across PPP sites, including documentation review, stakeholder interviews, field equipment verification and system baseline capture
Capture contractual terms relevant to OT systems and document them for SME assessment.
Document technical architecture, network topology, integrations, field device inventories and operational constraints.
Map AS-IS operational processes and support the definition of TO-BE processes where upgrades introduce change

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
Extensive applied experience in business analysis, process design and requirements gathering. Preferably within OT, IT, engineering, critical infrastructure or PPP environments.
Hands-on experience capturing technical and operational requirements for OT systems such as BMS, Access Control, CCTV, AV, SCADA etc
Exposure to contractual or regulated environments, ideally PPPs, with understanding of contractual constraints and stakeholder interfaces.
